None of them could figure out just what it meant or did, aside from that it wasn't hurting Jarvis in any manner.
He looks again to the over-sized bathtub with that distressed look. What Sam is saying is logical, of course. There was enough water in this human form that he shouldn't be scared of it. But just thinking of 'risking' it made his heart beat a little faster, which in turn made the reactor pulse faster on his chest.
